I was racial profile by the front customer service. by African American woman,that wouldn't let an African American man.that wouldn't help me put a pressure washer in a car.told him that he couldn't help me.since when does Lowe's employees can't help customers put items and cars.

Went for the puppy planter around noon, ( started at 10 am until supplies run out) they had them no where in site so I asked the lady at customer service, she thought they were out on a table, they were not she then said the door was locked, James ( the manager) came to unlock the door and said it was over but I could still get one. Then another lady said it only goes from 1 time to a set time... I eventually got a planter but with the amount of money we have spent there on mowers, refrigerators, stoves, plants, mulch etc, I dont understand why they all made it such a big deal ( this went on for about 15 minutes) to get a free promo item or why they had some just sitting on the counter behind customer service they weren't giving out?
