Then another lady said it only goes from 1 time to a set time... I eventually got a planter but with the amount of money we have spent there on mowers, refrigerators, stoves, plants, mulch etc, I dont understand why they all made it such a big deal ( this went on for about 15 minutes) to get a free promo item or why they had some just sitting on the counter behind customer service they weren't giving out?
