She literally listened to our story on how our work trailer was robbed of all of our equipment and tools. We were looking for some type of deterrent locks and to be able to some how make it work. We spent about a 30 minutes with her. She was so patient and definitely understood the assignment! She took us to the tool isle as well. We thank her as most hardware stores dont have the caring people they need. The locks needed some stradegy to build up to work on a door. Theu turned out perfect! JANIE is an asset to your company and needs to be noticed accordingly! Thank you JANIE!
