- BMBryton Martin5 days ago2.0I usually have a good experience but today your manager up front (heavy set gentleman with a sleeve on one arm and a random tattoo on the other) was being unprofessional and talking about your customers “not using their brain” while ten minutes later telling your same customers to have a “blessed day.” Let me say this by saying that when I went to walk a certain way there was a cart being pushed by an employee but once she went though there was still room to access the Christmas boxes but I was told it was “blocked off.” That’s when I overheard them talking about customers and I’d make the assumption it was me and I turned around and another lady walker that exact way, with 0 comments. Not even 10 minutes later with the same stuff still in the way he opened the register on that same side. So obviously it wasn’t “closed off” and instead of being a true manager and shutting down his employee talking about a customer he joined in.

HL is a safe space for creators to feel at home when they may not fit in with the community. I am grateful that this store opened and you got some earth angels as employees, because they truly left their mark on me! Just take all my money okay?!
