I was sold 96 shiplap boards only to drive 1 and 1/2 hours, and find they didn't have my boards. I lost $30 in gas, my whole day, and now my credit card is on hold, to clear what I paid Lowes. So I can't use it to buy any more shiplap until this charge is cleared. Oh the Asst. Manager said she was sorry, and it is not her fault. But, it is obvious, sorry doesn't fix my problem. I am beyond upset. Totally wish I never had to darken Lowes doorstep again. I truly despise Lowes, AND will never come to Milan again.

Just spent 30 minutes on the phone at the store trying to reschedule a delivery tomorrow the 6th of Feb. I got transferred 7 times trying to reschedule a delivery because of the icy conditions. Very unsafe for your employees. Workmans comp claim and lawsuit against me. Your A.I. phone system is not going to work ! My wife is driving 22 miles to straighten this mess out. The shower system I ordered was over 2k.

Customer Service Rep named Danisha was rude and refused to help. Her attitude was terrible and acted as though I was bothering her by asking a question. Avoid this store at all cost. I'd much rather drive 50 miles to Home Depot.

I visited the Milan, TN store today and I have to say this is the BEST Lowes I have ever visited. I never had to ask for help because the employees were asking me before I could. Everyone was so helpful. Gentleman loaded heavy ice melt for me when he saw me struggling and I swear every employee I encountered was so nice and helpful. Great job Milan! A few of the other stores could learn from you!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
