Stopped by at 8pm for some paint. I asked multiple associates for help. Every single one looked annoyed that I was asking for help or straight up ignored us. After 20 minutes of no help ( the customer service associates paged paint services and the manager a total of 6 times) I decided to call the store from my cell phone to get some assistance. The manager on duty Alan stopped by. He was not friendly but he did help us. Just not a good experience overall. I felt like I was inconveniencing the team.

If I could put a zero star review, I would the people at this. Lowe’s are no help none of The cash registers were working everybody was lined up to Customer Service to get checked out.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
