They followed up with text reminders and even sent me a picture of Alex so I knew who to expect along with some fun facts about him. Something no one else has ever done. It was definitely a great experience. And the best part was it only cost $150 for the service call. The previous company that came out told us that we needed $2k in repairs. Our chimney was fine, no issues and even the items that I questioned, he said there was no problems and wouldn't cause any damage. So glad we got that second opinion!

Abbey Road booked up in Nov….so I had to wait about 4 weeks, the only down side…I would suggest that if a sweeper schedule is moving faster on some days than thought they allow you to be put on a standby to get seen sooner than your original scheduled day!
