From the moment Mr. Landon arrived, it was clear we were dealing with a true expert. He arrived on time, was courteous and respectful of our home, and explained everything clearly during the process. The cleaning was incredibly thorough, every component was inspected and meticulously taken care of, including the glass, burners, and logs. He also performed a full safety check to ensure there were no gas leaks and that the unit was running at peak efficiency. He also inspected the exterior and found an issue with small mud wasp at entrance of termination. During the inspection, he identified an issue with the pilot which was addressed and resolved. He had the needed repair resources on hand and completed the repair right away, saving us from potential problems down the line. Now, the fireplace looks brand new and works perfectly, no joke! The flame is stronger and more consistent, and we feel much safer knowing everything was serviced properly. W e really appreciated Mr. Landon's attention to detail, knowledge, and honest communication throughout the process.
