- SCSyrena Clayborn2 days ago2.0Although the store has nice stuff and a couple people in there are nice calling me at 7AM on a Saturday because I missed a payment is ridiculous…waking me up out my sleep on my off day because I missed one day I can understand if it’s been days but one day is crazy trust me you’ll get your payments but calling my phone nonstop like your the police especially when you don’t open until 10AM is diabolical and unprofessional. I’m a nursing student and also work almost 10hrs Monday-Friday.

Went in to pick up item and wasnt able to due to some of my paperwork being incorrect. So I asked them to pleas ecancel my order. Then the guy at the counter told me they would refund my pament back to my card. 3 or 4 days went by and I called up there because refund still had not posted. A lady answered and stated they mailed me a refund check. Which is fine but they should have stated that up front when insted of lying the first time.

Staff is polite and professional. Honestly, I would use this place for must-have items like washers, dryers and refrigerators. So if you finance a $200 boom box for 18 months, that's on you. Your best bet is to pay cash, in full which they will gladly accept. Like I said, be careful.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
