They bang like police try to hide from cameras so she won’t have footage on them . The man waited for me to come to my moms house . Waited til I was inside comes up bangs like police and immediately as I opened the door he put his foot in my mothers home stopping the door from closing . After being served to go to court . They keep coming to harass instead of waiting to speak at court ! This is beyond harassment . He aggressively kept yelling and would not step out until I kept pointing at the camera . My son was screaming crying scared this man would not leave . I felt threatened because he even said he would wait outside to follow me he wasn’t going nowhere til he got what he came for . He threatened to bring a police officer here And yelled going down the steps causing neighbors to file noise complaints on my mother . Than when I called Aaron’s to get the mans name they refused to give it to me and won’t even answer my call now !!!!!!!! I filed a business complaint & requested the names of employees who continuously came and threatened my mom & I . At this point they cannot contact me until we meet at court.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
