The online inventory never matches actual in store inventory, just semi recently I checked online and it said they had 300 and something sheets of sheetrock in stock, I drive up here and look and look and cant find but 3 sheets on the garbage buggy, I ask 2 separate guys and they both tell me "well if it's not right here then we dont have it" and then just walk away, their staff are always clueless and or are jerks, Last week I was in here getting some things and I was trying to find stuff and one of the employees was trying to help a couple other customers find something and the employee asked me where I found what was in my hand (this speaks loudly for Lowes) if your employees have to ask customers where something is at. The store layouts are ignorant. You can't find anything if it's even in stock. Professionally I work out of Lebanon so if I go to Lebanon Lowe's (for some reason) I always end up mad and having to leave and go to Home Depot. The only reasons I ever shop at Lowe's period is for mere convenience. If you need a large materials buggy you better grab it from outside on the way inside, and save your self an extra trip back outside. Over the past few years Lowe's has lost 10's of thousands and thousands of my dollars over ignorant crap that they did to themselves. They never ever offer to help load anything, as a matter of a fact there has been multiple occasions where I have spent 30 minutes loading materials and had employees watching me I could go on and on and on.

It immediately reminds me of how critical my clients experience with me is. Thank you Lowe's for excelling at your mediocre to non-existence of personal attention to a customer request for something as arbitrary as a tinted primer. Let alone adequate help in most departments most of the time. It's a shame because four or five out of the 30 or so employees are absolutely phenomenal. No worries your competition loves your store policy.
