We had a delivery mess up situation and was going to leave a terrible review and let corporate know. Olivia was very calm and understanding of the situation and very helpful. She connected me to Jeremy who went 100% and took care of the cluster situation. This is my second time Jeremy has helped me. He is very professional, very helpful, and gets the job done. Ppl like the two mentioned above really make a difference in how the company is viewed. They need to get reconized and rewarded for the excellent performance as team members.
