  First off- hobby lobby itself gets 5 stars, as well as all the wonderful staff that work there (usually the sweetest older ladies you'll find) except for the manager. I go to this location REGULARLY and have never experienced something like this before. One of the managers (middle aged white guy, thin/lanky, I wish I knew his name to add on here) kept chasing down the employees BERATING them almost to the point of tears. About stupid stuff like time stocking shelves. And he'd keep coming back like every hour to accuse and pester them some more. One of the sweetest ladies, I felt so bad for, he made it a point to ask her how many years she's worked (she answered 40+) just to tell her she should do better by now. I never leave reviews but I felt obligated to stay presently nearby to witness the verbal abuse during my last trip there to report it now. It's sad because it seems the women there had no voice to show what's happening to them/how they're being treated, but I witnessed it, and want to speak up about it. I'll be sending this to their corporate as well.

  They have made their sale so miniscule and so confusing you can tell they are just wanting more money out of you. Quality has dropped to zero. Customer service very lacking

  My wife Karen love hobby lobby, I thank some time more than she love me. Lol 😆, I my self haven t every visited them but the next time she wants to go to HOBBY LOBBY ,I think I will invite my self to go also. Buy her experience. I give them Four stars 🌟 but that could change very shortly.
