That turned out to be a huge mistake. When I rented the unit, I was required to purchase a lock directly from the facility. I placed all of my belongings inside, secured the unit, and left. When I returned the very next day, the unit was not in the same condition I left it, and several expensive items were missing. I immediately went to management to report what happened and ask for help. They reviewed the security cameras and told me they did not see anything. That was the extent of the assistance I received. Because of the missing items, I filed a police report. This incident happened in February, and there has still been no resolution. After trusting this facility with the contents of my home and experiencing this situation, I would not recommend that anyone store their belongings at this location. In my experience, there was no accountability and no real assistance when items went missing. If you are considering storing valuable belongings, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
