Poor customer service at this location. I was able to find the Adirondack chairs I was looking for and I bought the last three. However, 1 box was damaged with a large hole in the side.
I asked the manager, Justin, for a damaged box discount and he scoffed nastily saying, the box is damaged, there’s nothing wrong with what’s inside.”
…. I asked for a “damaged box” discount, not a damaged product discount?
As an aside, how anyone would know what’s going on inside the box without opening it is beyond me.
Lowe’s, I think Justin could use some training.

The purpose of ordering ahead is for efficiency yet…..here I am waiting 15min for something I ordered online annnd received an email & text stating that my order was ready for pickup….
Clearly it’s not ready…

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
