He was patient and calm in explaining an issue with exchanging an item related to one of the holiday deals, and ultimately he offered a compromise solution that I was more than satisfied with. So I was impressed not only by his patience and demeanor but by his ability to "think outside of the box" to meet a customer's expectations. I am also impressed by this location, that every one of the staff that I have encountered is helpful and knowledgeable. Service and retail businesses have developed a reputation for having employees that have "checked out", especially since the pandemic. But associates at the Lowe's in Lebanon are on top of things, the location is clean, uncluttered and well organized, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Great job, everyone! 💪🏼
