- TWThomas Wilkerson4 days ago1.0We visited Lowe’s in Lebanon back in September when looking to upgrade our kitchen countertops. We met with Amanda who works in the kitchen countertops/ cabinets. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process and that they use a third party to install the countertops (Cabinet Express). Once the deposit was paid someone with Cabinet Express would contact us to come out and confirm measurements. Once measurements were submitted turnaround time would be around 3 weeks. Well, this never happened they way it was explained it would it actually took 2 months and the installation was shotty at best. Due to the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday we had no choice but to hire a vendor to come out to our home to make the installation look finished. We paid $7,000 for our new countertops and disappointed with Lowe’s and lack of concern and assume any responsibility for the awful installation job by Cabinet Express! Regret our decision to use Lowe’s for the first step in our kitchen remodel and will move in a different direction for the remainder of our home improvements.

Similarly I managed to load concrete boards, dry wall, and osb into my truck when no workers responded the call from the Business Checkout.
