We called around several places to see if we could get into our smart lock because the code some how reset and did not work. All the keys were inside the house. Well, everyone that we called said that they don’t work on smart locks, There was even a point where someone told me “we will have to break the entire lock” to get in. You could imagine how upset I was. This is a brand new house and this lock had never been used before now. When I got on the phone with Dayson, she was absolutely spectacular. She was calm friendly and said “let’s see what we can do”. She checked with someone at Harrisons said we do some can you send me a picture. I did and when I sent it she said it was one of the kind that they COULD open no problem. No breaking. She got it all approved and I was told they could send out a locksmith right away. This is exactly what I needed to hear! She was is ready to line it up within a couple of hours. The person meeting the Locksmith was not able to come until the next day so Dayson arranged a schedule for us to have Jared come at a the time. He was on time fast and done. WahLah!! Thank you Jared!! He called me to let me know he finished and took my payment. He was also extremely kind. Thank you Harrisons for hiring good people and getting the job done right! I will recommend you to others!!
