Overall good, friendly people work here. Happy to help, but this is for Jean who should learn to regulate her emotions before speaking to customers. Apparently there was a Lowe’s Pro event going on (did not know) we were heading out the store after our purchase when Brandon offered us some delicious leftover food. I asked if it was free and I was told that it was, then as I’m preparing me & my friend’s plate, Jean decided to ask us if we were Pro customers, then said this event was only for Pro customers (we’re definitely not planning on signing up now) Brandon: thank you so much for your hospitality & kindness and apologizing on a grown woman’s behalf. Hope your tone improves moving forward at your place of work.

Needed assistance and no one would help except the self checkout guy but he couldn't leave his post. I eventually left and everyone was outside talking at the cart station. Very lazy staff.

Bought plexi glass, had it cut in store. They didn’t cut it properly at , and it’s jagged and 4 inches shorter than what we requested. We didn’t realize until we got home. - They won’t return it, fix, or resolute the situation. Mind you, I spent $111 on this piece, that I literally can’t use. Update: talked to a manager, only for her to be pretty rude and rude we could bring it in and just see. Excuse me? Wasn’t my mistake. Very disappointed.

So disappointed. I am remodeling a structure for my daughter to be used as an apartment. I bought 4 appliances from Lowe's (tub, shower, fridge, and vanity.) 2 were unusable. I bought 4 appliances from sketchy places on Facebook (stove, washer, dryer, microwave). One sketchy place was a trailer that had gargoyles on the main house. I had to go through an opening that had a blanket over it instead of a door. Those 4 appliances worked great! If having only 50% of the products bought working wasn't enough, getting them replaced was even worse. Lowe's tried to make me pay an additional $79 for delivery on the second tub. They delayed delivering the second tub twice, pushing back other work on the apartment by over a week. I live in Charlotte and had to miss work. When I arranged for my contractor to pick it up instead, they asked when he would be returning the broken one. I told Lowe's he would deliver it back to them for $79. They ended up picking the damaged one up for free. I sent a complaint to the company and never heard back. The second issue was the fridge. It was blowing hot air when we turned it on. After a bit I smelled the motor burning, turned it off and called Lowe's. We had bought the fridge 2 weeks earlier. They told me that because I had it more than 48 HOURS I had to now go through the manufacturer. This caused a delay of a second week. I miss decent customer service.
