    Lowe’s curbside pickup was a complete disaster. I ordered a deep freezer for curbside pickup because I was extremely busy and needed this to be fast and convenient. Instead, it took over 45 minutes to get my order, and I had to go into the store multiple times just to try to find out what was going on. As the photo shows, I was not the only one. Multiple customers were waiting a long time, some even longer than I was. We were all standing there near customer service while associates walked by, and not one of them stopped to ask if we needed help, give an update, or apologize for the delay. The only reason anything finally happened was because another customer, who had been waiting over an hour, complained to a manager. Only after that did two associates come over. Even then, I still had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to actually be brought out. That is not curbside service. That is a complete failure in staffing, communication, and customer service. If customers have to repeatedly come inside, chase down updates themselves, and wait nearly an hour for a pickup order, then the system is broken. I will never use Lowe’s curbside pickup again after this experience.

    Terrible customer service at the return counter. 24 minutes in line waiting for an associate to finish one return from the person ahead of me. Obviously there was an issue, but 3 people came over to help her for 24 minutes looking up prices before somebody was smart enough to open another register for the return. None of them even looked up to offer an apology for their #incompetence and #poorcustomerserve.

    Went to buy some power tools one of the guys stocking up was very helpful and told me i needed someone with a red jacket went to checkout and asked if he could help me out and he was like someone should be over there and so i went back waited and no one came so i just left🤦🏽‍♂️

    Would give 0 if I could. I FEEL LIKE I WAS LIED TO. I showed up this morning to purchase a lawn mower. They had two available one on the floor that looked nice, the other one was outside with a few blemishes. I was told that they could not sell me the floor model, I opted for the one with the blemish at a discounted rate. After paying for it, I was about to load it up. The closer I looked at it was deficient in a few more areas, these were discounted off. The mower was missing a gas cap, the pin that holds the cut deck up was no longer attached to the unit and lastly there was NO BATTERY. The employees worked hard to get me taken care of and ultimately couldn’t get it to run. This resulted in us ordering one, the time line for delivery was not optimal but whatever. The part that bothers me the most was that I was told when I purchased the mower that they could NOT sell me the floor model. After TWO HOURS of watching their employees trying to get the mower started and then finding out I’d have to wait a week for a new one. I find out that during my two hour wait that THEY SOLD THE FLOOR MODEL TO SOMEONE ELSE. I can’t help but think that they chose to not sell me the good mower so they could offload the piece of garbage mower outside then proceed to sell it to someone else. Just very very disappointed with this experience.

    My appliance purchase with East Knoxville Lowe’s turned into a mess of unclear instructions, confusing online checkout, and poor subcontractor installation. The delivery team installed my new range with the wrong cord without telling us, which tripped the breaker and required an electrician. Haul‑away didn’t happen, so I disposed of the old appliances myself, and I later had to hire someone to install the microwave. Billing was also confusing, with charges split across dates that no one explained. I’m not asking Lowe’s for anything at this point — I’ve fixed everything myself — but this experience exposed major gaps in communication, installation oversight, and billing transparency. I hope Lowe’s improves these processes for future customers.
