  La-z-boy made it very easy. The salesman, Jack, was low-key, but very pleasant and helpful. I custom- ordered a chair with my own fabric selection, and they added a swivel to this model that had no swivel, which made it perfect for my unique space. It's great that they can also mechanically customize a chair of your choice. It is so appreciated!

  Very satisfied! Connie, helped us purchase our recliner and we felt very comfortable with her. There are a few pushy sales fellas there but meeting Connie was great. She made it easy, comfortable, and no pressure. A+ on her. The delivery fellas Rickey and Ether were super nice and helpful. They both have a good energy about them. They did exactly what was requested and I’m very impressed by Rickey’s driving up my crazy driveway! A+ all the way around. I think there are 3 people who deserve raises!

  Such a wide and varied selection of comfortable chairs which made it difficult to select that "just right" rocker/recliner. Doug, our saleman, was very courteous, polite and accommodating. We ended up purchasing two chairs. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying 3experience

  Today Todd Gallagher helped us in the store. He did a very good job of explaining all the details and differences in the furniture we were looking at. We were very pleased when we walked out after buying a Grayson sofa that will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to get. Thank you, Todd for the excellent service. Gary & Nancy L.

  I have visited this La-Z-Boy store several times, looking at the various options (of which there are many) for a leather loveseat recliner and a reclining chair. I found the staff super knowledgeable, super helpful, patient and professional. I ordered a loveseat and chair this weekend and look forward to its delivery in 6 to 8 weeks. I would highly recommend this store and the staff who work there.
