  Brian the assistant manager was awesome !!! not only was he patient and understanding and very humble and pleasant to talk to over the phone, he made sure he looked out for me in every way as far as unit insurance accessibility what size my unit was any and all needs and costs that might occur or what I might need in the process. not only had I been having an extremely bad weekend and was put in a bad situation by mine now ex-fiance kicking me out on our 25th anniversary Brian took the time and had the compassion professionalism and uplifting vibration and energy to help me with being able to get the most efficient and affordable cost and convenience to help me in the long run due to my unforeseen situation and help me to be able to make it work out the best way for me financially. I needed someone who could show compassion professionalism understanding that the people he serves and provide service to or just that their people with situations and circumstances that may arise that are not always just cut and dry business. so I for one would not recommend any other place above extra space storage on deerbrook drive... I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had an acquiring a storage space unit Brian really helped me when I needed it the most thank you Brian you were my angel if I could give you guys 10 Stars I would cuz you're worth way more than that

  UPDATE (please read below First): Hello again, You’ll notice at the bottom of this review someone from extra space storage, Commented something nice and gave a phone number for me to call. So I finally went ahead and called that number, And it brought me to the property manager for my storage unit, Mr. Bruce, he was very respectful and understanding, And apologized for the state of the unit and the increase in rent However, the only solution was to lower the rent down $30, Which is better than nothing But it’s the principle that they would even comment on this review, And still not offer a fair resolution. There would’ve been a refund of this months payment while I move out, In my opinion. I have found a small business, That has extremely reasonable rates and actually take care of the property. Good luck in your journeys, This situation has prompted me to share my experience, good and bad more often What other company reviews. Anytime they comment with a “ Call this number And let’s resolve the problems “ I will now follow up every single time and report back on all of my reviews. Thank you, Hello, The experience with this Extra Space Storage location has been a Nightmare. I ah e had 2 units within this facility and the ceiling is about to cave in, the door constantly Jams, the unit is always filled with debris when they clean the lot as the doors and there seals are to old and unkept to keep out sticks and dirt, the facility dumpster rarely gets emptied, and they jacked up my unit rent almost double with a criminally small post card in the mail. No common courtesy call, no email, no basic human decency. I have to take time off of work here soon, to deal with there price hike and find a cheaper and cleaner unit to rent. This location practices unethical and irresponsible business behavior. I warn you to stay away and go to another storage facility. I miss when this company had a genuine and honest commitment to clients and customers.
