    Anytime I go to this location they never have what I’m looking for. It’s extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Not to mention that they don’t have enough workers for each department. When I’m trying to get help from an employee they are always busy having to help another customer or they send me someone from another department that knows nothing about what I’m looking for. Lowes needs to do better than this! It’s ridiculous.

    Whoever the gentleman was that delivered my dryer today was the nicest, most polite guy that has ever delivered to our home. Kudos to him! You have a great employee working for you!

    Our dryer quit on us and therefore our visit this day. We use this location alot. The staff are top notch and always so very helpful. It's very nice to have one so near home for any spur of the moment needs. We were able to purchase the dryer we selected and it was in stock and our delivery calendar date of arrival was agreeable. It's the holidays so it was 5 days out, but truly not a huge wait time. The gentleman that helped us at check out area was very quick, knowledgeable, helpful with our questions, explained some warranty options and made the whole process go smoothly. We appreciate your request for our input and we will continue to return again and again. NOTE: There was a vast selection of dryers to choose from and so if you're in the market for one, they have you covered.

    We always have a great experience in Lowe’s. Most recently we were helped by 3 great team members on Black Friday. First we met Micah, while looking at doors. Micah was knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful with making recommendations and explaining the differences and benefits of each product. Micah was extremely respectful and it felt like speaking with a regular person, not a sales person. He truly wanted us to make an educated decision and because of the experience we had with him we will 100% be using Lowe’s for new door installations in the spring. Next we met Shirley and Andrea who helped us in the rug department. We were looking to buy a new area rug but were unsure if the rug would match the couch we bought earlier that day. Both Andrea and Shirley took time to help look at the couch colors on my phone and help compare to different rugs. When we found one we wanted they were sold out with all except the one in display. Andrea helped roll the ugh and secure it tightly for us to purchase and drive home with. We love our new rug. We are grateful to be able to walk into a store and come in contact with staff who truly care while they are at work. They do not come across as the customer is a burden but instead provide great feedback and product knowledge. Thank you, Micah, Andrea and Shirley.We will certainly continue to shop this Lowe’s store.
