They locked all the Craftsman battery operated tool behind a cage then proceed to make you wait for over 30 min until YOU find someone walking by that can help.
After the fact they rang up mytotal wrong, instead of 200$ payment in cash they put 2000$, couldn't do 5th grade math and move a decimal point giving me 3$ short on change.
At that point I dont think 3$ is worth the headache of trying to get it made right and I leave.
This is a shame because I am doing a home renovation currently and running back to Lowes is a given.

Do not buy washing machines or any big appliances from this store!!!!! They only give you 48 hours to see if the appliance is gonna work after that they will not take back Anything!!!! That only leads me to believe that they know that the appliances they sell are no good or else they would warranty them or allow for you to bring them back more than 48 hours who can see if a major appliance is gonna work or be a good one in 48 hours!!!!! Especially $1000 and over purchases!!!!! Do not buy from here

Bought a washing machine online at this store not even a week after it was purchased washing machine started tearing up they would not replace told me anything. I bought from their store only had a 48 hour warranty even though I had the receipt of purchase and was under warranty do not buy from the store bad appliances

Went in the store monday to buy a few things i heard a manger or employee be very rude ans nasty mouth with his employees i later then got his name and was told his name is john heard him cussing and ect at a employee he is the manager of the unloading team as i was told
