I needed my kitchen and my storm door replaced so I went to Lowe's to have them to do it a man came out to measure and told me the price and I told him ok, ,,,will here we the problem started they sent 2 guys out and the brought out the wrong doors then they told me they be back but they never showed up, then I went to Lowe's they told me they have to reorder the door , well the second time they came out two month later they put they door in ,then they was putting in the storm door and it was the wrong side door, so they again told me they be back the same day, it's been 4 months now and I still haven't got my storm door in , and it's payed for ,to whom it's concem I wouldn't use Lowe's for anything but buying tools, people they hire unprofessional, they don't know what they doing, Lowe's hire rejects contractors that no one else will hire I still trying to get the job done and told them I want my money back for the whole project to get some one else to fix

Typical Lowes never enough associates around to help. Always have yo search for someone, then they don't belong in the area and need to find another. Other then that, clean, organized, easy to move about and hope you come in the correct spot for whatever your looking for.

I had an online order with in store pick up. I actually saved sixty dollars on the Little Giant Ladder that I purchased. My order was ready when I got there. The associate, a young man helped me get the heavy item to my car. I really appreciated his help and excellent customer service. I didnt have to stand in line or even wait at all.
