    I think the polite way to say it is that the associates at this Lowe’s don’t care and thatbis almost always a function ofpoor management. Consistent inventory issues with key products that they show online as in stock, but are not at the store. And I get it, things like that happen. But when you continue to let them know on specific products and ask them to fix their min/max, and it just goes repeatedly ignored by multiple associates over multiple visits, it’s the only conclusion. Avoid this location, it’s a shame for an otherwise good company

    I ordered an item before Christmas knowing it would take extra time to get here, no big deal. Item gets picked up and “delivered” by what I eventually find out is a 3rd party company. The picture I received to confirm delivery is not what I ordered at all. I reached out through the ai chat option on the app eventually talking to a person. They told me that my options were to either schedule a pickup for the wrong item and after it was received I would be refunded 3-10 days later or bring it back to the store myself. I then called the store and they told me that the other customers had already called and that I just had to wait and see what would happen. I then go to the store with the items and after being told basically that they could do nothing for me, escalating to higher ups several times and after spending 1.5 hours they were finally able to sort things out. I did finally get things sorted out in the end but until I was put in touch with someone in higher management everyone was just trying to get me to leave with no information on when or if I would receive my item or a refund.

    Lighting in store is good for seeing things. They have easy to find items that are marked and if you can't find something you can ask one if the friendly staff. The electrical department is very knowledgeable.

    I’m highly impressed by the customer service at this particular location. I always have a pleasant experience with the staff. They seem to go above and beyond. Most recently I received assistance from Christopher. He did a fine job.
