Needed assistance and no one would help except the self checkout guy but he couldn't leave his post. I eventually left and everyone was outside talking at the cart station. Very lazy staff.

Bought plexi glass, had it cut in store. They didn’t cut it properly at , and it’s jagged and 4 inches shorter than what we requested. We didn’t realize until we got home. - They won’t return it, fix, or resolute the situation. Mind you, I spent $111 on this piece, that I literally can’t use. Update: talked to a manager, only for her to be pretty rude and rude we could bring it in and just see. Excuse me? Wasn’t my mistake. Very disappointed.

So disappointed. I am remodeling a structure for my daughter to be used as an apartment. I bought 4 appliances from Lowe's (tub, shower, fridge, and vanity.) 2 were unusable. I bought 4 appliances from sketchy places on Facebook (stove, washer, dryer, microwave). One sketchy place was a trailer that had gargoyles on the main house. I had to go through an opening that had a blanket over it instead of a door. Those 4 appliances worked great! If having only 50% of the products bought working wasn't enough, getting them replaced was even worse. Lowe's tried to make me pay an additional $79 for delivery on the second tub. They delayed delivering the second tub twice, pushing back other work on the apartment by over a week. I live in Charlotte and had to miss work. When I arranged for my contractor to pick it up instead, they asked when he would be returning the broken one. I told Lowe's he would deliver it back to them for $79. They ended up picking the damaged one up for free. I sent a complaint to the company and never heard back. The second issue was the fridge. It was blowing hot air when we turned it on. After a bit I smelled the motor burning, turned it off and called Lowe's. We had bought the fridge 2 weeks earlier. They told me that because I had it more than 48 HOURS I had to now go through the manufacturer. This caused a delay of a second week. I miss decent customer service.

Called to see if they could check if an item was in stock due to online showing only 1 was available. I wanted to make sure before driving 30 minutes to this location. Missy told me she was transferring me to plumbing... I waited 10 minutes before driving to the store. Mind you ON HOLD THE ENTIRE TIME! Not once did someone pick up. I arrived to the store and customer service was not busy and when I asked her why I was still on hold she said she transferred me but no one has answered the phones all day. As I walk around the store to grab my items SO many associates doing nothing. Not even helping anyone, just sitting around, chatting with other associates or on there cell phones (except paint department). I was on hold for 42 minutes and still nothing. Home Depots in store customer service is WAY BETTER!! They actually ask if you need help & answer phones! Will be shopping there from now on. ✌️
