I came to pick up an Uber order. The girl wouldn't let me because on her system it said a different Uber drivers name even though I showed her the order was on my que. The previous driver cancelled the delivery and I picked it up on my Uber app but Lowes system didn't update. So I wasted 30 minutes in line and another 15 because she wouldn't stop arguing with me, and I git dinged on my Uber app for a cancelled delivery! Pick up service here sucks!

This is a national corporation, right?? I have anxiety issues so I tend to order online, to avoid going into the store, even if it costs more. In the last 4 months I've had to physically go in to correct/return order mistakes at least 4 times. The last TWO being deck stain delivered with no tinting; just pulled straight off the shelf. Each time I ask the employees how these mistakes could even happen and they seem completely unconcerned. I stopped going to Home Depot for ethical reasons but Lowe's is just wasting so much of my time and stressing me out so much for the most basic things I don't want to give them my money either. I go to big box stores for consistency and convenience but this Lowe's seems to have zero standards for customer service.

Your machine to pay at are junk we try to use the lowes card and it declined and than try to use our bank card and it declined it to ask a employee and they said try another machine and it declined both we ha e bought hundreds of dollars here i would like a person to check me out instead of a machine I guess homedepot is where I will start get my supplies.

Stopped by this location Saturday afternoon to return a few items. The returns counter had three employees, 2 were helping someone and the other was helping a customer. I was standing there waiting for the customer to be finished. While I was waiting, another customer walked up on the other side. When the customer that was already there was finished, the other person who walked up AFTER me walked up to the counter. Apparently I am invisible so no one there saw me. That person absolutely saw me and just went on up and the employee just let them. VERY RUDE!!! I had somewhere else to be so I left. Disappointed that the employee just let that happen and also disappointed that customers just cut in front of others.
