- MLMoses “KRYJOY” LFeb 21, 20261.0We have lots of parts but not enough to put together our sectional. The store really couldn’t care and FedEx says they delivered all the box but something doesn’t add up. So we are left with a room full of parts and no where to sit. Between Lovsac’s warehouse and FedEx delivering I’m not happy with either. Train your employees to better help the customer Lovsac. FedEx, make it easier to talk with a human being not a virtual assistant.

He explained everything super well and helped me adjust my order. His manager also called to help get everything squared away and make sure I didn’t need anything else.
