I was all over the store trying different chairs and loveseats until I found the one that was just right. Sounds like a fairytale but it’s true. Then it was unto choosing the fabric. Again Jack to the rescue. He was so very helpful assisting with my choices. I was pleasantly surprised my loveseat arrived earlier than expected.The delivery staff were wonderful. I’ve been a Lazy Boy fan for many, many years, with purchases made in different states and always the same quality of helpful store associates and delivery staff. It’s so nice to have consistency these days.

We found what we liked and he explained all the features, we agreed on a price and purchased the Love seat.

When our salesperson (Dwight) and their designer felt Like we were not going to buy from them (which we ultimately did) they seemed very put off and annoyed. They seemed to want us to make a decision on the spot. And our console came damage and because the store was going through some “transition” it took forever for them to even reach out to schedule a repair call, and even then it was going to be two more weeks. The last straw was the fact that our recliner has taken forever to be delivered, again because of the “transition “. I’m still waiting on it and apparently the store closed for three solid days and nobody can help me. Their products are definitely good quality, but the customer service has been horrific. Very disappointed in our experience.
