Was supposed to receive a call the day before with a delivery window, but didn’t. I called to next day only to be told that the delivery date was changed. There was no explanation given other than someone in the warehouse changed it. When it finally arrived the following week, it wasn’t what was ordered. There was no swivel. The back of the chair that housed the power controls was made of cardboard and there were staples showing where the leather was tacked down and there was a small rip in the leather. For a chair that cost over $3000, I expected better. Unfortunately we didn’t notice all of this till after the movers had left. Spoke with the store manager about making a return and he was extremely condescending and kept saying that it would have been easier for him if we did not accept delivery. After another phone call made by me, the chair was finally picked back up 3 weeks later. Then we had to go to the store with our actual credit card so a refund could be made because they said they couldn’t do it over the phone. Never again will we step foot in this store.
