I found this locksmith business online and called them to come out and open these file cabinets which she needs access to. A young man that was dispatched came to the house and went to the file cabinets and got them unlocked in less than 3 minutes. He didn't come in immediately because he was too busy checking in on his puppy he had with him in the van. Typical of Generation Z behavior showing his impatience and lack of professionalism. He didn't quote us prices until after the job was done. He charged over $200 for a very basic job. My client was FURIOUS! She doesn't use credit cards and deals only in cash which on a fixed income didn't have the whole amount to pay. He acted impatiently saying he had another job to do. I paid the difference. The price was way TOO HIGH for the job and he only opened them and did not fix the problem of them relocking themselves. When she closed them yesterday they wouldn't open after he had done the job and had left them open. She closed them after that and they won't open back up. So, advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE UNETHICAL! He could have taken a lesser price and refused to do so. BEWARE!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!
