- DHD HillDec 6, 20221.0Don't even consider calling these people. I called them twice to request automobile lockout service, and both times, the call disconnected. Based on caller ID, they called me back, and I was able to tell them what I needed. They told me their "driver" (is that a locksmith?) would call me back with an ETA. The driver finally called 1 hour and 20 minutes after I requested the service, but he didn't give me an ETA. Three and a half hours after I requested the service, he called me to say he would arrive in "less than an hour." An hour and 20 minutes after he told me "less than hour", he still hadn't arrived, so I called and canceled. The driver then called back to say he would be there in 20 minutes, but I told him I had canceled the service. In summary, I waited 5 hours for a service call that according to their website averages 29 minutes. Furthermore, their website says they provide the full price prior to booking, but they never gave me a price. I doubt that if you're locked out of your car, you'd want to wait over 5 hours for a locksmith.
