I picked a line, knew it was gonna be a while and waited my turn behind 2 women with 4 cart fulls of items. Stood behind them for 17 minutes while a line formed behind me. When they were almost done and paying for their items the cashier, a grown woman, turned the Register Closed sign. You couldn’t have said to me 17 minutes prior “sorry ma’am this register will be closed after this customer”…you let me stand there? Hiring people who understand what customer service is seems like it may be a 2026 goal. Assuming with everything Hobby Lobby stands for, down right human decency might be a start.
