It's filthy because it smells and looks as though it has never been thoroughly deep cleaned. I would never take a child into that bathroom.There was no handsoap to top it all off.

Unfortunately my experience at the outlet off Kingston Pike was very disappointing yesterday. I had family visiting from Africa and wanted to show off with the amazing array of art supplies. We were looking for Watercolor Paper. The two staff we approached were not familiar with the product, and told us that they don't have it in stock. We found it ourselves after looking at a different section in the shop. When I needed service at the framing shop there was no one present, to discover she was sitting on the stairs chatting outside the shop with a colleague. I experienced very poor service when she eventually returned.
