- RRrldDec 1, 20254.0Overall very good experience. Facility is clean inside and out. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would have given a five star rating excepting the following. I recollect from using this facility that there was working outside lighting in the past. Currently, there is no outside lighting on any side of the building. The area at the rear off the building at the back entrance is particularly dark after sundown. While not at the facility, I have seen instances where the homeless are moving into the areas surrounding Kingston Pike. I had no issues, but the lack of lighting could pose a safety and security issue. This situation also makes it is difficult to see the side entrance driveway that leads to the back of the building. I did pass this information along to the office staff who were forwarding to management. Again perfectly fine experience except the lack of outside lighting.
