The building used to be clean and things were properly maintained. In the last 2 years we saw our rent increased 145 dollars.The carts are nearly always broken and in disrepair. Where the entrances used to have rugs and were cleaned, now they are just a mess of debris. The units do not have lights in them, if you have a larger unit you will want to bring a headlamp or use your phone. We had a 10x20 and found that we frequently needed a light. I really liked what this place was when it was Storage Sense but they have gone down hill, and it seems like every 4-6 months we've been hit with a rent increase.
