- DSdiana schutFeb 14, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with this storage facility. When I first signed up, my monthly rent was $88. In less than a year, they raised it to $180 — more than double the original price. That kind of increase feels excessive and completely unreasonable. There was no significant improvement to the facility, security, or services to justify such a dramatic hike. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in at a lower rate and then raise prices once you’re locked in and it’s inconvenient to move your belongings. If you’re considering renting here, be aware that the “introductory” rate may not last long. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
