  Absolutely professional people that come out to take the measurements, show you samples, give you good ideas and then the installation happened exactly when they said it would on time not their first rodeo. Lol. They did it all exactly right and I was so impressed with everything from the first call to an advisor coming out and the installation of my gorgeous blinds. Definitely recommend this company.

  Overall I had a good experience. My Roman shade turned out beautifully. Some windows do and some don't. The reason for the star taken off is the salesperson did not show me all options available and I am still disappointed to this day. It's been 9 months since my roller shades were installed and I can't get happy knowing I would have made a different choice had I'd been given the option. : long story short, the sales person had to come back after we had an issue with our door opening after the shade was installed. They realized after they came that they had "totally forgotten to show me the solar shade option". I was upset because after seeing them I would have chosen those for my den. They made the door opening situation right (which was in my basement) and I appreciate that. However I'm unhappy with the roller shades because I would have choose the solar instead. I will eventually replace them because they don't fit the window well and they're not very good looking. I thought it was my only choice for what I needed (a pull down shade that wasn't a Roman shade)

  The blinds installed in our sunroom look great. The operation to lift and lower them is surprisingly simple. The installers were courteous and fast. They cleaned up all containers and gave clear instructions on the operation of the blinds. We would highly recommend your services and product to others.
