    So much to look at. Nice items. It was a very busy day and the check line was so long we almost left without buying what we picked out. We saw some friends there and stood talking to them for a few minutes. Once we were done the line had gone down tremendously. Fairly good prices on mist things.

    Buckle up, dear reader! This review is going to be a journey. A tale of panic, paw prints, and the most heroic retail staff I have ever encountered. It all started innocently enough at checkout. The cashier greeted me with warmth and genuine excitement over my three paw-print Christmas stockings (because if my dogs don’t have their own holiday décor, is it even Christmas?). We bonded. Spirits were high. The world was good. And then… it happened. The total appeared on the screen, I reached for my wallet…only to realize my wallet and my phone, a conjoined twin situation thanks to MagSafe technology, were both missing. Gone. Vanished into the retail abyss. My face went pale. My soul briefly left my body. With pure compassion (and zero judgment), the cashier suspended my transaction like it was no big deal. I sprinted to my car. Nothing. Not a wallet. Not a phone. Not even my dignity. I came back in and admitted that my brain had apparently placed itself on airplane mode and I must have set it down somewhere in the store. Immediately (I mean IMMEDIATELY) the staff sprang into action. Phones were dialed. Radios were activated. It was like watching a retail version of NASA preparing for liftoff. The manager didn’t just point, she walked with me aisle by aisle, offering encouragement like a seasoned therapist who also happens to know where all the throw pillows are. There was just one problem…my phone was on silent. (Because apparently my default setting in life is “stealth mode.” 🥴) So we listened for phantom vibrations like hunters tracking a distant herd. Nothing. I jogged (more like power-scurried with the determination of someone who is one week away from needing that ID to board a plane) back to my car, tore it apart like a raccoon in a trash can…and THERE IT WAS. Sweet, glorious salvation. When I returned to the register, the collective sigh of relief from the staff could have powered the entire store’s ceiling fan section. They celebrated with me like I’d just won Olympic gold. Not one person acted inconvenienced. Not one eye roll. Only kindness, care, and genuine joy that the crisis had been resolved. I realized two things in that moment: 1. At Home isn’t just a store—it’s a community of undercover superheroes wearing lanyards instead of capes. I am now a lifelong customer. If At Home sells it, that’s where I’m buying it. I will drive past 37 other stores just to support these absolute legends. 2. Never attach your wallet to your phone. If you lose one, you lose both, and suddenly your entire identity is off-grid. To the staff at At Home - You are the GOAT. The MVP. The reason my blood pressure eventually returned to normal. I walked in for some retail therapy, and instead left with a renewed faith in humanity.. and some really cute dog stockings. 🐾🎄 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 would lose my phone there again.

    I have never seen a store that had so many choices on each item that is being sold. ( such as large pictures and wall art) There is an unending supply of everything to decorate your home.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
