- PWPatrick WilsonFeb 26, 20261.0They suck with special ordering stuff. Ordered a bunch of wood flooring, said theyd have it ib 1-2 weeks, ended up taking 1-2 months. I got my order from ebay faster then that, I lost money on that job. So what I did was clean up my old microwave, buy the same one from this store and just returned my old microwave to help eveb me out a little.

Then magically there isn't any there or at any Lowe's near by so I have to wait weeks. I call them and was told that it was in the store or on the truck that was coming in last nite. Now today their saying I have to wait til Monday or Tuesday to get it. Then that day will come and it won't be there then. The last time I bought a work bench it took 3 weeks and I had to call hotline and change the order to pick up to even be able to get it. Don't buy from Lowe's unless u have weeks to wait on ur order. Go to home Depot or tractor supply or even rural king bc Lowe's customer service is a joke.also they reply on here with automated messages like th y actually care. Then u waste ur time to call for what for them to say their sorry for ur inconvenience for the 10th time. That doesn't fix the issue. They need to change procedures and upper management bc evidently they don't know how to run a hardware store. If I needed it in 3 weeks I wld have got it somewhere else not close to home so I could pick it up.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
