Been coming here for supplies for a while now. I have enjoyed getting to know many of the workers here. I have had fantastic help from the Pro Services team on numerous occasions. Prices are competitive.

I had a special order for 8ft. tall, 263ft. of clay vinyl privacy fence to be installed. The Lowes estimator said it would take around 6 wks. to install, which was denied because it was only word of mouth. 3 months later, I was going to cancel the order because Lowes installation could not get no contractor in my area to install an 8ft tall privacy fence. I wanted to cancel the order, and a Lowes territorial manager called me and told that I would get 20% compensation of the order if I would wait for the installation. (Which was denied also because it was not written, only word of mouth)
The fence installers that Lowes installation got to install my fence were 3hrs from my location. My fence was finally installed 4 months after the contact date. I called the Lowes customer service to get the 20% compensation; the customer service representative denied that any compensation was ever discussed. I filed a lawsuit in court and did not win the case because I had nothing in written about 20% compensation and Lowes representatives denied that it was ever discussed.
Bottom line: If you do busy with Lowes Installation Services, get everything that they promise you in written and witnessed because the Lowes representatives will lie and the judges believe lies if you only have word of mouth.
FOLLOW UP: I called the number from the Lowes response bellow and was told that nothing could be done because it was a court case.
AGAIN, IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES INSTALLATION SERVICES, BE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING THAT THEY TELL YOU IN WRITTING BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THAT THEY DID NOT SAY THOSE THINGS! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD OF MOUTH!!!

I've been remodeling a house for the past year top to bottom floors kitchen bathroom to my roof and every time I come into this lowes location I'm given false information and the wrong items. The costumer service here is the worst I've ever experienced and I've been to different Lowes locations across the country. They are porely trained and very under educated.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
