  We paid off 4/6 of our items same as cash (120 days is the same as cash cutoff) around $3000. The reason we choose not to pay off the bed was because it was cheap and it had broke for the SECOND time. They weren’t even able to be it here the first time without breaking it 🤷‍♀️ so I had asked if we could work something out and get a new bedroom set. Steven had told us yes. I asked him THAT day we paid everything same as cash if he wanted a payment. He said no we’ll wait until you get the new bed and you can pay on the new set and what you previously paid on the old set can go towards the new one, I thought that sounded like a good fair plan. However Wednesday the day it was supposed to be delivered I get a call… sorry our delivery driver called out we won’t be able to deliver it until next Wednesday. I was irritated but agreed no troubles. Didn’t hear anything again. Wednesday comes and I get some calls asking about things. I told them honestly we just found out we’re pregnant again and we don’t have room for the full set as we also have a 5 month old baby. We just need the bed/frame. It was not a problem until we get a call from Tia who mind you is always rude. She says we need to pay hundreds on the old bed set before getting the new one. I said um no that’s not what we were told or agreed on. She said “well unfortunately you were told wrong” I said you know what come get our stuff. This is BS. My husband took the phone and I will say was heated but asked what happened we were given I guess the new manager or who ever Spencer. He and my husband got into it. I was done with Aaron’s 100% when he told my husband to just “be a man and pay it”. We told them nicely do not show up to our house we are at our daughters Drs appointment. We would call them when we were home. Well guess what they show up anyways. Our maintenance man had to tell the to leave. After the appointment we went to Aaron’s and I asked when they planned on picking our stuff up. We figured out they would tomorrow. I added also your delivery drivers SCREWED up the brand new floor in our brand new house the first time they came and I asked if they’d be more careful. Spencer smirked and said I don’t know what that even means but sure we don’t mind to try, with a very dismissive tone and smirk on his face. The next day comes and I asked the guys if they’d would wait for my husband to get home. He got off at 5 and we had made it clear that’s what we preferred. Well my husband was still an hour away as it was only around 4. So I said alright yeah come get the bedroom set but can I bring the MacBook to you guys as I’m up to date in payments on that and the reason I’m forefitting it is because I will not do business with this company. He said let me go check. He came back and instead of knocking as my door was closed he LET HIMSELF IN MY HOUSE UN ANNOUNCED. He said no we can’t do that oh and sorry for just coming in. I gave him the laptop and told them to get the stuff out of the house. Not only did they do lots more damage to the floor, they also damaged multiple walls. We had someone do an estimate for us and the damage is over $2,000 for the floor alone. We are currently speaking with a lawyer to plan to get our damages back. Do NOT do business with these people at any cost. It’s not worth the financial or emotional stress, lies and unprofessionalism. I’d go to RAC if I ever had to again. Liz is the ONLY good person there. We the next day went and bought a king mattress and bed frame outright. The problem wasn’t the money it was the lies and way we were treated that made our decision. They are sad, miserable people. It’s a shame too, because we had no trouble until we weren’t gonna owe them as much money 😂 also our very first purchase with Aaron’s was a washer/dryer stackable unit and the manager said I’ll give it to you for a few hundred bucks I asked well what’s wrong with it? He SWORE UP AND DOWN NOT A THING WAS WRONG. They just didn’t have the space for it or the need. So we bought it, naturally it was broken, very broken.

  Total scam, you pay way more for anything then you would buying outright and that's just for their base pricing without all the other charges. Lady was very unhelpful, and the double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser had dead baby roaches in the ice tray inside the freezer... sitting right there on the open floor for display.

  If I could put 0 stars I would. I just payed them $3500 2 weeks ago and came up with a new agreement with the standing manager to pick up a breaking bed frame and to get a new one. Well today (when they’re supposed to deliver it after a week long delay) the apparent owner calls me telling me I have to make ANOTHER payment to them to have my bed delivered. Once I told the apparent owner that we had a plan in place he proceeded to tell me that what he said prior was wrong and we have to pay today to get our stuff… So after telling him, we were no longer interested in having any of his items due to the miscommunications and constant extra payments and fees he blows up on us and says that he’s sending a delivery truck to pick up the items right now. We aren’t even home, so just a heads up if you plan on getting anything from this place, you would have way better luck going to Rent-A-Center.

  I haven't missed a payment, but when my dryer blew fuses, they told me call an electrician. No electrical problems and no heat in the dryer. I called again and they said they would come fix it and no one showed up with no calls or emails to explain why they didn't come. Two weeks of payments on something I can't use.

  I give them a 1 star because they lying about times to pick thier stuff up they tell you in the morning. So there morning is between 10am & 2 pm i will never do business with the again. And you tell them you have thing to do and it's well they will be there by 2pm. So most place of business gives you a time frame they are coming. And when you say morning it means morning not after 12pm. We'll to day is Monday and they was supposed to be here at 4pm to pick there stuff up but still have not shown up well i have have filled a complete with the corporate office over this so hopefully this girl name tia can change her attitude and not be so rude to people an stop lying to people about times I will never ever do business with them again
