- BRB ReynoldsMar 31, 20261.0I spent hour loading up cart with my needs of lumber and gutters. Only to find out the one thing I needed this store doesn’t have as this is a recurring issue. The ordering stocking system is broken at this store management, leadership etc. Frustrating! On the road to Home Depot for my needs to be met. So lost another sale from us. Happened so many times throughout the years from this store.
- JRJim RecchiaMar 30, 20261.0This past weekend we went to Lowe’s because we wanted two new storm doors. We found exactly what we wanted but could not buy them. We could not receive a price. When the order was written up we were not given the sale price which we did not know about until we went to a different Lowe’s. The person writing up the order was apparently new and did not know what he was doing. Nice guy, but unable to help us. Now we will have to go somewhere else for our storm doors, but I don’t know where, Thanks for the runaround.

When I asked for assistance, her responses were short and lacked any effort to actually solve my issue. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for help. Customer service is a big part of why people choose to shop in-store, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses this, as a more attentive and respectful approach would make a big difference.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
