I recently had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Niya at Lowe’s. From the start, she came across as uninterested and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, her responses were short and lacked any effort to actually solve my issue. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for help. Customer service is a big part of why people choose to shop in-store, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses this, as a more attentive and respectful approach would make a big difference.

This is the 2nd washer we have bought from this Lowe’s and purchased the 5 yr protection plan bc of this being our 2nd washer in past 5 yrs!!!! Dr. Appliance and US Appliance warranty companies are both scams and jokes!! 1st time we had them come out for our 2nd washer Dr. Appliance took a MONTH to fix our washer!! We have 5 people in our house and going to the laundromat cost more than the cost of the washer!!! Now a yr later we are having problems with the same washer that still has 3 yrs left on warranty. The technician that came out last week said there was no problems with washer!!! We had to file a new claim and wait another week to find out no one was coming out!! We got screwed!!! Don’t ever buy warranty from Kimball Lowe’s bc you will regret it and waste your money and time. What a shame and disappointment. Still left with no washer and will not buy from this Lowes

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fine location. It was cold, so the staff was opening the doors to prevent cold air from entering the store. I appreciated this. It keeps the employees from having to stand in front of the doors and experience cold air rushing in. I spoke with the gentleman running the self-checkout, and he directed me to the correct aisle. The product selection was of sufficient quality to allow me to make an informed selection. The price was reasonable. The self-checkout process was easy, as the employee running it helped in the process. The parking lot was free of buggies obstructing the parking area. Overall, this was a very pleasant shopping experience.
