  Well we were planning in buy all new sets for all the rooms. Thats right living room, two bedrooms and a offie furniture. Located a full size bed frame with a tag price of $345 dollars. Wow thats a deal so get a sales person over but not just because of the price but because that was the bed frame the kid wanted. Sales rep said well let me look into this after he just confirmed with me that the price on the tags is the price we would pay. What he didn't know is that the store manger had misprinted the floor sign tag for the sale they were having. After he came back with talking to just another store rep and not the manager because he was out on vacation. They couldn’t and would not honor the mistake that was made. I can’t trust if the price they have listed is right or a mistake so why shop around guessing if its been changed by a manager. You don't know what you are paying for and if the week before the price was hundreds off and then they raised the price to fit whatever discount they are having next. Lost my trust

  We enjoyed our Furniture Row experience. Shopping had the right level of associate support. We found what we liked and ordered with no hassles. Delivery schedule and notification was perfect. The team set up and did a great job delivering. Thanks for a great experience.

  Better than expected prices on sofa sets and excellent finds in the clearance section, which can also be financed. Hayden was our salesman and he was very attentive to what we were looking looking for snd making it work with our budget. I will be going back here for our next rooms furnishings for sure.

  Hannah was very professional and attentive and pleasant as can be. I was a bit disappointed with the fact that in bold letters as you walk in it says no credit needed. I was already prepared to put a down payment same day but as I was doing the paperwork I was informed that they had to do a hard credit check as I'm already trying to build my credit to buy my house. So instead of putting down all the cash I had brought with me I had to switch the couch and recliner to the recliner and love seat and not get the rug due to a 2,000$ limit. This is nothing negative towards Hannah again she was awesome.

  Michael was great . He answered all my questions on the phone. He made sure that they had what we wanted in the store before we drive 25 miles . When we got there, he was waiting on me; and had me in and out in 30 mins . We have made several purchases there over several years. We will go back there again . Thanks Michael . You did great !
