  Thank you to Tina & Cheyenne they were so patient, kind, & helpful to my son & I yesterday. We were at checkout & wanted to buy multiple things up on the wall, but didn’t see anyone before walking to get in line. These 2 ladies without missing a beat came to my rescue & climbed the ladder multiple times handing my items down. Every register in the store was open, the lines were all long, but the wait time surprisingly was as efficient & nice as these 2 ladies. I am most certainly a frequent flyer here & always have the best experience!!

  All was good , till check out lady in front of me had a return that ended being complicated and she took 15 minutes and then had to check out her stuff.

  Every time i come into this location i regret it . I treat people the way id like to be treated and get along with people . I go to the register and the people are so rude and cold . Im not sure why they apply for the job where you around others and act so mean and like im the problem. I really do hate coming here . I just cant understand why the workers are miserable at this location. I dont expect to be liked or a red carpet just some human decency and respect as a person . Johnson City Hobb Lobby : DO BETTER . Went in there today and the cashier handed me the bag with such disgust and zero respect the whole time . Cashier MARICRUZ on 10-31-25 needs a new position and or a new job . Id like to point out hiring people with this lack of respect is what makes this place miserable. I haven’t seen one person smile or greet anyone.

  Frustrated right as I entered. No layout of aisle titles in store, nor on-line, no map available. A line of sewing threads new to me & volume only partially depleted & displayed on 1 end cap ONLY! GRR. Minimal variety of notions in sewing area. GRWAT 40% sale on all Fiskars items. One gentleman was looking for sharp enough scissors to cut a braid for trim, wife brought it over. "Titanium, fine quality. I am a welder, so I know!" Wife: "No need for picking shears!" "Husband: "These are not picking shears, dear, similar packaging. I will get this titanium pair, at 40% office for the price of the 2 price of 'regular' scissors." They were cute! Checkout was fine: overhead announcement that "#9, at left end of checkout cashiers open to purchases only. Returns still accepted only on #1 & 2 cashiers only." I moved over after seeing the 3 & 4 deep people at the 1-4 caahier lines weren't moving. I had to pick up my plastic bag and the long tube of cross stitch fabric from the counter, as the under 25 cashier didn't offer them to me; might have forgotten the tube of fabric, however. Very polite staff interaction. Clean store, enough carts/clean, also. Lighting was very adequate. Spacing between rows for 1 cart + a passing by person, only. 50% off sale of Fall & Halloween items, mid October 2025. Overall, disappointed in thread selection & very limited choices for the iron-on patches I bought.
