    Lowes, you should really have some system in place to make sure customers are aware of the return policy on appliances. I bought a microwave on Christmas Eve and due to tine constraints wasn’t able to install it until a week later. When I took it out of the box the whole side was dented in and damaged. When I tried to return it I was told I was out of luck as appliances only had a 48 hour return window. Luckily I found online where I used my Lowe’s card I had 30 days to return. The store was no help to me in the return process when I bought something from them damaged. They didn’t even know about the policy when using a Lowe’s credit card. I will be buying my appliances somewhere else from now on. Yes I was able to get a replacement but the customer service and return policy is junk

    Went to buy our grandparents a new fridge—something they’ve needed for a very long time. Their old one lasted over 30 years and finally quit. It took everything for them to be able to get a new one, and we were so excited to finally give them something they truly deserved. Today Lowe’s delivered the fridge… and it showed up completely damaged. After all the stress, planning, and the weight of knowing how much this meant to them, seeing it arrive in that condition was genuinely heartbreaking. We called immediately. The first thing we were offered was a $25 gift card, which honestly made us laugh out of disbelief. After asking for a manager, that turned into an $80 gift card—and we were told a manager would “just say the same thing.” The disappointment, on top of everything else, has been unbelievable. Yes, they are replacing the fridge, but the entire experience has left such a sour taste. When you’re doing everything you can for grandparents who are already stretched thin—and when you’re trying to do something kind for people who have always given so much—this is the last thing you expect to deal with. Think twice before working with Lowe’s. A simple “sorry” doesn’t cover this one. I’ll be posting just one photo out of a full camera roll of the damage… because it’s honestly shocking they dropped it off like this. WOW. I hate being this person, but as a granddaughter who takes care of them—especially with my grandmother being a cancer survivor—I refuse to accept this kind of treatment. 💔

    Lowe's Home Improvement Stores do not deserve even one star !!! If you need new flooring DO NOT buy it from Lowe's !!! We purchased new flooring for our kitchen last year (2024). It was the only color that matched our kitchen. The flooring was ordered and one of the guy's Lowe's uses came to install it when it was delivered. He installed about 12 pieces when he noticed damaged pieces. He opened every box and found that all of it was damaged. So he stopped the installation. We had to go back to Lowe's and pick out another flooring because they won't refund your money. We had a VERY hard time finding something that would halfway match our kitchen. It was less expensive than the other flooring. The same guy came back and installed the new flooring. He did an "okay" job. But, he didnt install the stuff around the bottom of our kitchen cabinets. Okay .... My husband made over a dozen trips to Lowe's talking to different managers. 1. He asked for the paperwork that includes the warranty on the new flooring. 2. He also asked for a refund in the price difference of the two flooring. HE GOT NEITHER ONE !!!! And if that wasn't enough they made us pay for 2 flooring installations (Both the damaged flooring and the flooring that we ended up with) Remember I said the guy only laid about 12 pieces of the damaged flooring? Well, we paid for a complete installation of it plus the installation of the flooring we ended up with !!!! And if anything happens to our flooring we don't even have the paperwork or the warranty. So, it looks like we didn't even buy it. My Husband and I HAVE NOT SET FOOT IN THAT STORE SINCE !!!! I wouldn't even buy a light bulb from them. So.....DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM LOWE'S !!!! Only buy your flooring from a Flooring Company. DANG ! I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS 🤬
