    Our washer was acting up and we stopped at Lowe's in Jefferson City to purchase a new one. Ashley assisted us. Answered all our questions and based on her knowledge, we decided to purchase both a washer and dryer. This was a Saturday, and we needed delivery set up before Wednesday as we were doing remodeling to the garage which would block the entry point for the new appliances. The new set was delivered the next day, Sunday. Wow! The crew that delivered it was outstanding. But, most of all, this would not have taken place without Ashley's help. She is a great representative for Lowe's, and Lowe's management should be grateful to have her representing them.

    On April 24, 2025 I purchased on line Stainmaster Beckett Ridge Chestnut flooring involving an order over $10,500.00. Sadly there were numerous issues. It began with the on line associate who was building my order made an error. I was unaware but he ordered cap a tread for my steps instead of the actual flooring. When the supplies started arriving for installation it was clear they were not the same color at all. I was told that was what I ordered and nothing could be done. It took multiple attempts speaking to someone including Stainmaster corporate to find there is No cap a tread that matches the floor. Finally, Derick at Jefferson City ordered the correct flooring. There were other errors in the order that required three different institutions phases. Which in turn, cost me many days of income. Unfortunately, the bad experience did not stop there . I placed my order on April 24 2025 and used my Synchrony Lowes card to get the 5% off of my order. On April 30 2025 I paid my card off in full. The issue arose on the first week of June. I returned $1600.00 plus of overage supplies that the on line associate had ordered. Where I had paid my card in full. I did not need a credit. There was not a balance on my card. However, I had to leave the Jefferson City location with my bill paid in full, they had the supplies and I would have to hope the check for the refund was sent. I received the check on June 11 and attempted to cash it. It was returned on June 24 along with fees from my bank for the returned check. I attempted to cash the check again. Again, the check was returned on July 11 and I accrued fees. I have spoke with Synchrony Bank more than 12 times attempting to obtain my money. This is now over 45 days of Lowes having the supplies and my money and I have not received my money. I have also spoke with Derick and Chris at Jefferson City Lowes numerous times and no one could help me. They stated they sent a email and this has never happened. Finally, on July 18 I went in person to store 2709 to speak with Chris Last store manager. Chris stated there was nothing he could do.I needed to call Synchrony. I again notified him of the multiple calls I had made already. I asked him to speak with his Regional and District managers. Remember , I am trying to get a refund from an April order and the check was returned twice. I had done nothing wrong. I spent over 4 hours in the store trying to get anyone to help me and get my refund. Chris stated many times he was still waiting on an answer . His Regional Director was on a virtual call. Obviously this does not meet the standards of customer care that I expected from a reputable company like Lowe’s. It is beginning to feel more like theft. I will NEVER shop there again. The matter has not been adequately addressed. Update: I value respectful communication and was trusting that Lowe’s would take this opportunity to demonstrate its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, that appears unlikely. Given the fact that after 48 days of attempting to resolve this and get my refund money. I have exhausted all options at the store and executive level. Clearly Lowes does not value your 25+ year customers. Extreme Buyers Warning !!
