I walked in looking for something odd for a project and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find. She took the time and walked me around the store, even calling other people to ask their opinions. We found what I needed eventually, but I was just blown away by her attitude and customer service. You just don’t see it like that any more. Her name was Jillian.

Really did not know where to start looking. Out of know where this gentleman goes...."Hello ma'am .... Can I help you find something"? I immediately received his help. - KKKarenMar 29, 20265.0This is my go to store for everything they carry The service at LOWE SOUTH JACKSON TN is and always has the best service out of any of their stores from Tennessee to Florida... I will go out of way to get to that store ( meaning all appointments are on the North end of Jackson . One time I used the one on Vann Dr I couldn't not get out of that store fast enough. Got any truck and drove to Highland on south. I have also been to Memphis and that store isn't helpful. Both location if you find someone they don't know how to help me. I just left Highlsnd Dr store and I know I was ask at least 6 or more times if I needed help And each time I was greeted with a sincere offer to assist. Also they did not leave the area in case I changed my mind or had a question. They are truely nice n caring employees. And love a lowes store. And you can tell it by my tool shed 😄❤️

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
