  Tyler and Jimmy arrived right on time as promised! They let me know their arrival window would be between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m., and they showed up at 9:25. I really appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I had contacted five other locksmith companies, and not one returned my call—even after I left voicemails! I highly recommend their services. I was in the Medina area, and they were able to come out quickly to assist me. I got my doors re-keyed and ask for 3 keys as well as assistance with installing a smart lock. Which totaled up to $235.

  I needed a C7 Corvette key cut. I already had my OWN key and just needed it cut ONLY. I called the Chevy Dealer in Covington TN earlier in the week and was told $25 to cut the key. I called Tyler's Locksmith before I left home and was told $2 to cut the key. Supposedly the salesman that answered the phone thought I was talking about another style key even though I provided the year and model over the phone. After I arrived I was told it would be $40 plus tax to cut this type key. Odd that Tyler's is more expensive than the Chevy Dealer. However, since I had already drove 45 mins I just went ahead and got the key cut. I would NOT recommend.

  Came out changed some locks..needed some follow up..called and they said couple weeks...then they would not return phone calls. So , not reliable.

  Spent 3 hours trying to make me a key just to tell me they couldn’t do it. Very nice staff but not knowledgeable on some less common cars.

  They got me a key fob for my car cheaper than 2 dealerships and 3 other locksmiths. Works great and they were real nice.
