Came to buy some boards. They did not have the length I needed, so I gathered up some longer boards and was planning on getting them cut at the store so they would fit in my vehicle. I waited, no one was working in the lumber section. I walked up front and asked the cashier for help. She paged someone for assistance. I walked back and waited. No one came. At that time I had been waiting about 15 minutes. I asked another employee, who was walking buy, for help. He told me he would find someone to help. I waited about another 10 minutes. I finally left the boards on the cart and left! This is not the first time there was no help available in this store!

I personally don't know anything about tools and hardware so I ask the guy in lumber for help because I don't know anything about the stuff and he was super rude and was just a real jerk about it and acted like i was dumb. Then instead of helping me to understand, he just walks off. I left without buying anything directly after meeting the lumber king because I didn't feel welcomed there. Appreciate it.
