I bought my husband a new drill which was on sale for a very good price and a few other things we were just looking at rugs but with the help, guidance and patience of Moriah the manager we ended up buying a new kennel for our dog and a perfect new rug for our living area. Which turned out to look great. I will also say during the entire time in the store we had several associates walk up to us to ask if we needed any assistance. You don’t get this kind of service at Home Depot. Lowe’s have won me over for good!! Great service overall!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
