Horrible experience. Purchased a fridge and got 20% off for applying for Lowes card. Anyway, website showed it would fit, but come delivery day, the driver said it was too big for doorway. Did not even try to remove doors, which is included in delivery and installation. So we went without a fridge for another week and ordered a smaller version, and lost my 20% off coupon, since the other had to be returned! So come delivery day, they call and say the truck has broken down and we need to reschedule. My wife and u both work in opposite cities and are only available on the weekend. This is unacceptable. Lowes customer service is a joke at best. Long story short, I applied and got a better deal at Home Depot. Waiting another week for a fridge and ruined our Thanksgiving in our new home! Thanks Lowes!!

Do not buy from them! Ordered a fridge and when delivered the 3rd party company could not get it through the door even though we measured before we bought it to make sure it would. Lowes advertises that they can take the doors off of fridges but failed to mention this specific fridge (Hinsense) the doors can't be taken off. We didnt see it on the webite either. We returned the fridge and ordered another one. The second fridge the delivery truck breaks down. We was notified by a phone call and they stated someone would call us back with an update. Their app told us all day that they was on their way. We ended up calling the delivery company because no one called us with an update and spoke to someone who barely spoke English. She couldn't understand us! First we ask if it could be delivered Sunday, she replied Monday during working hours. Since we both work out of town we cant do during the week. She kept saying first available Monday before 5. My question is as big and nation wide as Lowes is why do they only have 1 delivery truck in my area? I know my little comment anyone high up could care less because there are thousands of people ordering ect but maybe I can save someone the headache that we had to endure. Home depot it is!

I've always enjoyed trips to Lowe's. I've purchased everything from keys to mailboxes, security doors, and lawn mowers. The employees have always been very helpful.
