They did NOT tell me the price until AFTER he unlocked my car.. which was in the target parking lot that consisted of 5 minutes of him probing my door open, then he proceeded to tell me I owed him $171! I was not told this amount up front, I would have never agreed to have someone unlock my car in the afternoon in a convenient location for $171! When I called the office to complain, I was told the technician sets the rate at the job site, I have never heard of this. I was freezing cold, I am 9 months pregnant, and I had my 5 year old daughter with me. My keys were in my front seat. I just needed it popped open as my fob battery was apparently dead. I am appalled at the cost and I am disgusted they would not tell me the cost until AFTER the service. I feel like he just made this pricing up in his head and it is fraud. I've never heard of such.
