- BMBrian McComb2 days ago1.0Came in to buy a weed trimmer and they were understandably locked up. Went to service desk and the girl was waiting on a manager to help another customer, instead of recognizing I was standing two feet in front of her she was looking at her phone and ignored me. Went to the cash registers got that girl to call somebody then waited by the weed trimmers for several minutes until we left and went to home Depot. So if you want help inside of Lowe's in Hendersonville, it's not going to happen. You feel like a burden to the people working there that you can find.

Im very thankful for his help and kindness, I wish I could give 100 stars, not just five! - TTTinaApr 28, 20261.0As a Diamond member yesterday was by far the worst trip we have ever spent inside a Lowe's. We arrived around 11 to get flooring and was greeted with the worst customer service and told to go to the pros desk. They didn't have time but there was two people back in floor without customers. After going to the Pros Desk two people kept walking way tell a young lady to help us. Tried calling the store to speak to someone after 20mins each time (over 10 attempts) the phone will hang up. We did not get product and loaded till right around 4pm! 5k in floor and treated like crap! Our first two trips in for paint and other products the same day was much smoother also around 5k together. Over 20k in this store in less than 2 weeks and makes me want to go to Home Depo or get all the materials from KY and bring it with us. Do better at customer service, we all have bad days but the people buying the products are what keep business going.
