  Hello, I wanted to leave a review for the Lazy-boy Furniture store in Hendersonville, Tn. The Assistant Manager there is Chase Holden. My husband and I went in this past Sunday (4-26-26) to finalize our purchase of two Astor recliners. This was our first experience shopping in this brand store. Our salesman, Chase Holden far exceeded our expectations. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable in our needs in the type of recliners we both wanted. We were at least 40 years older than he, but that mattered not. His personality just fell in with who we were and made both my husband and I feel very relaxed and comfortable. I picked the electric Astor recliner that included the back of the seat being able to adjust to my lower back problems I have. My husband picked the non electric with just the side handle on the chair. We choose a beautiful Mocha color that after showing pictures of our current living room colors, Chase, and the designer there agreed that the color would be perfect. When I had some questions regarding the use of the electric remote, Chase was right by my side showing what all the buttons performed. My husband and I are very pleased with our new Lazy-boy purchase and look forward to their delivery😊. We both came away from the store feeling like part of the Lazy-boy family. We also managed to get in on their last day of a Sale promotion with 25% off our purchase and free delivery which put the icing on the cake😊. Deborah & Gil Dyer Gallatin, Tn.

  We visited our local La-Z-Boy store and had a great experience. Our sales associate Karen was very knowledgeable and guided us to just what we needed. All of the employees were very professional and helpful. Shopping for furniture is not our favorite thing to do but they made it easy and I am sure we will be shopping there again.

  Friendly helpful employees. I was well taken care of. Chase gets an A+ for customer service... :) :) I purchased a set of recliners.

  This was the easiest furniture shopping trip of my life. The store was organized in a manner that made it simple to find and compare the types of product I was shopping for. The salesperson, Chase, was well Informed and both helpful and courteous. I can’t wait my for my chair to be delivered!
