  I will NEVER use or recommend this service! I was quoted $170 for a lockout/replacement Fob. The tech was an hour late. He told me the price would be $365!!! When I refused and showed him the original quote, he complained that the call center aren't trained professionals and the "code" dictates the price He told me if I pay cash he would perform the service for $260. As I was desperate for my fob, I reluctantly agreed even though it was $90 more than the quote. He then programmed a KEY, not a fob and told me a fob would be an ADDITIONAL $300. I asked for the price of a second key and he said it would be $170. I declined. I believe he takes advantage of people in a desperate situation with the exorbitant price increase once on site. I feel lied to and taken advantage of by a tech who can't even show up on time. So now I absolutely HATE your company. UPDATE: REALLY??? You have someone contact me on EASTER SUNDAY. She asks me to reiterate my issues. She states she will call me back after she speaks to corporate and has a resolution. Only she didn't call me back. She had the same guy who ripped me off (Ben) call me back. And of course he said the same crap as he did before when we were at my car. I am DUMBFOUNDED that your resolution is to hand me off to the wolf in sheep's clothing that lied and overcharged me. UNBELIEVABLE.

  Called them multiple times over a hour long period. Kept getting told a technician would call me. Never received a phone call even waiting 30mins before calling back. After calling back the forth time was told they have no technician in the area. When the website says they are located 12mins down the road from me. Asked him who I might could call or why I wasnt told that the original time I called. Just to be hungup on by a rude customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Plan to leave a review on all available review sites

  I needed 3 keys to an outside door. Thankfully I found a KeyMe loosing Kroger’s Harriman Tn. I suppose it took 10 minutes to get my keys made.

  I should have read the reviews before calling this company and I would not be surprised. It appears that I experience the same thing that the rest of the people on here have experienced. First of all, we got a phone call from a very rude technician, there is a definite language barrier, after a high price, he said he'd be here in 35 minutes. So we wait an hour and 15 minutes, I decide to call back no answer. I use someone else's phone and call -he doesn't recognize the number and he answers ironically. He proceeds to say it was miscommunication sorry for the information he is on the way. He's by his self, but it was going to be another 45 minutes. He has not even left the area he was in yet. Do you still want the services and that's all he kept saying. I said, of course, we have no choice but why have you not left yet? Also, why is it 45 minutes now and it was 35 minutes when we talked to you an hour and a he and 15 mins ago? The phone that I was on then lost service or he lost service. I don't know. I called customer service and he had put in the call that we Could not come upon an agreement so we do not want the services. However, he had done this the first time we had spoken with him. He had no intentions of coming. I verified this with the customer service. I call him back and he says that when I hung up the phone on him, he assumed I did not want him however his customer service department said that it was prior to that conversation that he put it in. I asked him how he could assume that when we had been waiting two hours by this time on him and he still have not been there. She then advised me that she would get another technician to call me back . Well guess what ? I then get A message saying there is no one in the area. That was the original problem . So we ended up having to get a tow truck and today we're gonna get the locksmith ! so thanks to this wonderful company they cost us extra money. Not to mention, I was just helping a stranded teenager who is not even from this area. I've requested for a supervisor to call me back, but I doubt this will happen. I would not Recommend this company!!!
