I confirmed it was the card on file on the bank statement and their system was malfunctioning and could not accept my card so they wouldn’t do the return. They thought well maybe store credit then they couldn’t do that either and a manager refused to override it at the end of the day. It’s just a box of staples, but it’s the principle of crappy business practices that corporations are pushing on normal citizens now that has me leaving this review warning you against going to the Lowes in Herman Tennessee maybe choose the drive to another store. Received it within a week and I was absolutely impressed of how well it actually works. Here's a before and after of the back of my taxi. For a quick clean up, here's what you need. Also has a great way to store it when not in use. Comes with a wall mount bracket.
