He did not go on the roof to clean the top of the chimney like my previous cleaner had done. He was here approximately 45 minutes, start to finish . I am disappointed in the service, I feel that it was money wasted. Although it did need to be cleaned. We are not happy with the service, we definitely will not recommend them to anyone.
