I am completely disappointed with the deck materials I purchased. I SPECIFICALLY built this deck with NO gaps. As the photos will show. The 1x6x8 "Severe Weather" Above ground Pressure Treated is what I used for the deck surface. Over $250.00 worth of this type of lumber. The 2x6x8 and the 4x4 posts, I can hardly wait to see what happens to them. Several of the 1x6 boards used have curled as pic #4 shows. Too many pictures to add. I will have to sand and sand it to level it then treat is again with the water sealer. I was really happy with the way it turned out, now I am disgusted and very mad about the poor quality of materials. I regret buying this lumber at Lowes. I will find another source when I finish the rest of it. This was 20 days, what will it look like after winter?? This deck is on the front of my house which makes it worse. The runner deck I built on the back of the house looks about the same. Embarrassing appearance

To Whom it may concern, I have attempted to send certified letters, no one has answered me. and I am told that there is no way to email you. In February of 2023 your company replaced the roof of my residence. I paid $8,904.75, and supposedly received a 10 year workmanship warrantee. Problems with your work surfaced 3 weeks later causing damage to my ceilings. March 5, 2023 I Contacted Hollie, because my roof was leaking in the West bedroom at the edge of the wall. The leak was repaired around March 10, 2023. On March 25, 2023, I noticed shingles pulling up in the wind all the way to the ridge of the home at the West corner of the roof where the leak had supposedly been repaired. I Contacted Hollie, repair was made. In August of 2023 my youngest child called me while I was at work to let me know that it was raining, the roof was leaking, and there were wet spots on the ceilings in the West bedroom, living room, kitchen, and master bathroom. I contacted Hollie, after inspection I was told that the ridge vent was installed improperly. It was repaired. On September 25, 2024 I was on my roof cleaning my gutters and noticed shingles and chimney flashing pulling up on the West side of my chimney. I contacted Hollie, she responded that she no longer worked for RCB roofing. I contacted Lowes who contacted RCB roofing, and someone came out that week to repair. On October 18, 2024, after a hard frost my oldest daughter informed me that morning when she woke up that the ceiling was wet in her bedroom, in the same spots as March 5, 2023. I contacted Chris, Lowes sales rep. and was told that someone would come out and inspect the next week. No one arrived. On October 28, 2024 I called Michael with RCB roofing to see if someone would be out to inspect the roof, my call went to voicemail. On Nov. 1, 2024 I texted Chris and was told that someone would be there by the following Monday. No one showed up I called Chris again, my call went to voicemail. On Oct. 5, 2024 Mr. Michael stopped by to inspect the leaking roof. After Mr. Michael inspected the roof he told me that in his opinion The ridge vent is the issue. Michael says that in order to fully diagnose the problem he will have to come out at a later date and remove the vent. Mr. Michael told me that he would write a report and send it to Chris for review. It is now October, 2025, I have not heard from Mr. Michael again, I have been abandoned. Now there is a new leak. Water pours through the vent over my stove when it rains, and at this point I do not know who to call to solve this issue, and I am tired of dealing with a leaking roof. The issues with this new roof initially seemed to be getting repaired, and in a timely manner, but at the cost of damage to my ceilings, and the potential for mold growth which can be a danger to my family and very expensive to remediate. Over 2 years later the issues with this roof continue and the repair and remediation services seem to be more difficult to obtain, all while my home continues to accumulate water damage from a poorly installed roof. I purchased a new roof and what I received was a leaky, patchwork roof and water spots on my ceilings. Because I did not receive the competent roof replacement that I paid for, and your company seems to be unable to remedy the problem, I must hire someone else to replace the roof, repair my ceilings, assess for mold damage, and possibly remediate any mold infestation. I am demanding that you return the $8904.75 that I paid for a new roof that I did not get, $500 to repair my now water-stained ceilings, and $287 for the personal time I have spent on dealing with this issue, to total $9,691.75. Please remit $9,691.75 within 7 days of receipt of this letter. If I do not receive the requested funds by October 27, 2025 I will be compelled to hire an attorney to assist in filing a lawsuit, and will request that along with the previously demanded amount your company pay all court costs, legal fees, and $41 per hour of my continued time. Sincerely, Ryan
