They have a goos selection, but guys, y'all need to hire people who know about the home improvement products you sell. I mean, the majority don't even know the basics and how to handle a customer who needs a piece of marble cut. Ten years ago, you all could easily address that. But thanks to DEI, your level of service has declined to the point where I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. And, I mean drive an hour away to get good customer service. I hope someone in management sees these reviews. Truly.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
